Space Gear.

Is there nobody for space either to maintain what is their or to man the platform this international space station A well it was exciting at the time. Surely you know this one Richard and James try to launch a Reliant Robin into orbit their fail attempt left it open for interpretation. Probably the most infamous film we ever produced to see a nearly one tone reusable car land onto a runway in Yorkshire. With Simon Pegg definably a star with this impressive attempt in 2007 a show of brilliance. Wise labs have always wondered how much it would cost to build an early 1990's Space shuttle from scratch. The cost of building a replica shuttle in 1990 from eighties technology yes folks this is nearly forty years old and that is why it was retired because all the parts have to be specially milled by lading the parts. Even though all the advances in technology with the cost in the Thermal Protection System. It would it not be significantly cheaper to build one today then it would have been back then.

Wise Labs figure the chassis would be the cheapest, while the rockets would be the most costly. Those shuttles where bad it would still knock the socks off of today's space craft for sure. A random out of the air guess would be in the region of £120,000,000 ball park figure provided  if you had all the blueprints supplier companies in line with a few men maybe be a little cheaper of course wise labs would use a printer to build the kit with all protective panels been manufactured in one work area also would use a skylon reusable version with an all new design.

Space Shuttle Atlantis lifted off on its maiden voyage on 3 October 1985, on mission, the shuttle was designed to be reused. Among the five Space Shuttles flown into space the Atlantis conducted a subsequent mission in the shortest time after some of the previous mission into orbit ( It has the shortest turnaround time) when it launched in November 1985 on STS-61-B, only 50 days after its previous mission, STS-51-J in September 1985.The longest mission flown using shuttle Atlantis was STS-117 It lasted almost 14 days into space in June 2007. The Shuttle temporarily grounded as the shuttle fleet in 1986 due to modifications on safety systems. Atlantis was used for ten flights between 1988 and 1992. Two of these, both flown in 1989, deployed for the planetary probes notable to titan planet Jupiter moons.
